I have intentionally chosen to self publish books and instructional products because doing so allows me to control content. I believe my audience is intelligent, thoughtful and fair, and I strive to treat you as I would like to be treated – in both the preparation of my products and artwork, and in the execution of my business practices. This attention to detail can lead to slightly higher prices than you might find at a large clearinghouse, but it is one way to maintain quality. We inspect everything we sell, and we expect our associates to share our standards of excellence. We are human, and mistakes can be made, but we’ll do whatever it takes to satisfy you, should an error occur. Payment Options ArtCloth Studios accepts Mastercard, VISA, Discover and American Express credit cards and PayPal for all orders. In addition, orders placed in the United States can also be paid for with a check or money order. All credit card payments for ArtCloth Studios are processed through Paypal. You do not need to be a Paypal member to use this credit card service. The site is secure, so don't worry about going the Paypal credit card route.
We ship all items by either US Priority or Express Mail. We have chosen not to use media mail or regular first class because of the inability to track items. A number of packages were lost in the mail and unable to be tracked, resulting in delays and additional costs to send new merchandise. The shipping amount for individual artwork items will vary according to size and weight. Upon receipt of your order, we will contact you with the shipping amount. Returns We are dedicated to your satisfaction. While we do not accept returns of books, DVD and CD products, we will replace it immediately if there is a defect in any product . Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs duty. Please contact your local customs office for specific information. We are not able to accept checks and money orders for international orders. The bank charges $40 to collect checks or money orders written on accounts outside of the United States. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. We ship all items by either US Priority or Express Mail. Delivery time is generally 1-3 business days for Express Mail and 5-10 business days for Priority Mail. Additional time may be required for clearing customs.
